  Elvie Ruiz has been a wealth of information when looking at home and car insurance. I just had to file a household claim for the first time ever. I was apprehensive as to insurance company's ability to take care of my problem. Several times over the last few years I was looking to go elsewhere. She always gave me pros and cons; I stayed. Had to get a new kitchen and flooring in living room. I am very happy with the outcome.

  Elvira Ruiz is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Always available to answer any questions that you may have no matter the complexity of the subject. It’s a good feeling knowing that I can pick up the phone and have someone there for you!   My agent was extremely helpful in processing my claim. She was very thorough and explained many details of the claim process. There was no delay on the service or the follow up. She made sure that I was well taken care off. Thank you Mrs. Elvira Ruiz
