Great Bank, amazing experience! Ask for Ivelisse she was very polite and helpful.

My mortgage was recently transferred to Fifth Third Bank and when I tried to enroll myself online I was having issues due to the lack of my contact information being transferred along with my loan. Corporate office told me I would need to go into a local branch (for security) to finish my account set up so I could do online banking. I was a little upset since I assumed it would be a whole ordeal to go into a branch and have to wait then hope id be seen. I was pleasantly surprised when this was not the case at all.

I want to thank Alejandro for getting me the information I needed over the phone before I came in and thank Ryan Fox for assisting me with the actual account setup. I was seen within 5 minutes of walking into the bank and Ryan was able to quickly get my account up and running. He explained all I can expect with the new account and process and he confirmed that I was actually able to log in before I left. It was an overall great experience.

There is seldom a wait or line. Nice helpful people. Diverse selection of accounts allowing you to pick your needs. Downside, expect to wait for things to happen...new cards, refunds to your account and basically anything dealing with paperwork. An upside, sometimes they give you early deposits.
