Everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable with the tasks at hand. Very timely and good quality work. I walked in, gave them a rundown of what repairs I needed and they started very quickly. Customer service was amazing & I was updated on progress as needed. Overall a great experience and I will be coming back!

The store manager, Tyler Hall was honest about the discrepancy with the tire machine. There was minor damage caused to my aftermarket rims during a tire repair and Mr. Hall displayed his integrity by showing me the damage and making it right. On 12/26/2022 a brand new replacement rim was installed to rectify the problem. I couldn’t be more pleased with the honesty and integrity of Mr. Hall. Would highly recommend this store to anyone.

We had a blow out on 75 and went to THREE different tire shops who wouldn't even try to help my mom and I put on the spare tire. When we called this one they didn't even hesitate to tell us they could help! They were all so kind and helpful in getting us back on the road, I highly recommend them! Thank you Rose Tire Shop!
