I called for assistance with my refrigerator and freezer which was no longer getting cold and they were able to come out within the hour and repaired my fridge in a timely manner. Fast, Great customer service, knowledgeable and affordable. I will definitely use them again for maintenance needs.

I called Raed's appliance when my refrigerator stopped cooling like it should. Roy came out the same day I called. He determined we needed a defrost timer, ordered and got the RIGHT ( the most important) part. Came back and quickly installed the part. Now our vintage GE refrigerator works like new.
All that at a very fair price.

They were kind, fast, and very affordable and I'd definitely use them again. Appreciate all the quick help and am so glad I can do laundry again!
