Dr Steven Yale

One of very few doctors that spends more than 5 minutes with patients. It's easy to see he truly cares about his patients

Great doctor if he could get rid of that horrible receptionist. Lazy, never picks up the phone and is very slow to answer calls. Sometimes she never calls back and I have to leave a new message. This is almost a routine experience just to se him. It's a pain in the but just getting a new appointment set up. Get some new staff Dr. Yale! You are a great doctor but your receptionists are hurting your practice.

I’ve seen Dr. Yale for about 6 years & he is one of the best psychiatrists I’ve ever met! He is knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to get to know you. I highly recommend him!
The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of his awful receptionist. I’ve literally called at multiple times of the day, multiple days in a row & left messages & cant get a hold of anyone. Why does she never answer the phone? She also has lied to me on multiple occasions stating that things have been done which have not (records being sent, messages passed along, calling people back). I’ve caught her in multiple lies, & when you bring this to her attention she gets mad at you. Dr. Yale needs to seriously find another receptionist & this place would be above 5 stars for sure. Until then she will continue to bring down the reputation and quality of the business.

Dr. Yale is awesome. I've been going there for years and he's one of the best Doctors I have ever visited. Getting appointments can be a little tough but it's well worth it. Can't say enough good things about him.

Love Dr.Yale. Very knowledgeable and enjoy my visits with him. He is always concerned about his patients and will go out his way to help them! Only issue I have is every time I try to call and schedule an appointment I can never get a hold of the receptionist. I always have to leave a voicemail and have my call returned at the end of the day. Needs to be more organized.
