    We are living at Tampa Palm Preserve for two months, for now it meet all our requirements. Personnel are customer oriented, thank you for Jeff from maintenance, Quincy from sales and Zennel as well and the whole team. We like cozy small events they organize, chocolate day, summer party etc. The one of the criteria we chose this area and community the location, there are high rated schools both Elementary and Middle schools. One is in a walking distance.

    I wanted to thank Marshall for all his help in my maintenance issue. He worked so hard and I so appreciate it. The maintenance team is also the best. The office personnel and Quincey very accommodating and professional.

    My partner and I are very happy living at The Preserve and recently renewed our lease for another year. The community is always very clean, the staff has been very helpful, no bug issues, and maintenance usually completes any work orders within 24hrs. The community amenities are clean and convenient. We love it here!
