Very friendly women working at the desk. Gave a bunch of ideas and even provided suggestions for nice places to see and eat at, while I’m staying in town. I’d definitely recommend :)
Really nice people. We got Halloween Horror Tickets for Universal Studios. There was no wait either. The only thing that wasn’t convenient was they are doing construction on the BX and the website said they were in the bowling alley during the construction, so we waited for the bowling alley to open, and they hadn’t moved over there yet.
Clean and organized facility. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Would come again. Better prices then ticket office at shades of green in Orlando.

Very helpful staff. Prices for Disney and local attractions are good as save the tax. Clearwater aquarium tickets are a GREAT price here!
