Very responsive and quick replies to text messages, which made it much easier to communicate. They walked me through how to use and breakdown the unit for easy transportation where I needed it. The whole process made my vacation worthwhile.

I go to the casino at least once a month . It was so convenient you pick up at the bell desk and return it to the same place. Great job Mario.

I was able to take it to Busch Gardens, the mall(s), Disney, and resort without wasting time at the rental counter at each place! I liked the flexibility of being able to go places like the mall without advance planning.
Very responsive and quick replies to text messages, which made it much easier to troubleshoot any small issues we had.
