  Hands down THE premier place to record ANYTHING in Tampa or anywhere else for that matter. These guys really know their craft. I have recorded other places before...but have been coming here for two years now and will always come here going forward.

  Simply put....Awesome experience!!!....No better place to record Death metal or any music for that matter, Jim is unquestionably the finest producer I have ever worked with....the Morris family is world class from initial contact to final production!

  Morrisound Recording has been both a local and international destination for musicians for decades. What has always set them apart from other studios is the friendliness, skill and love for the recording craft as demonstrated by the Morris brothers, Jim and Tom. They have always been the heart of the facility. The brothers have also continuously surrounded themselves with other, knowledgeable and awesome folks who round out the technical and support staff. There is just never a weak link in the family chain.
  
  I've been fortunate to live in the Bay Area and have known Jim and Tom for several of those previously mentioned decades. They have always treated every studio customer the same - whether they were a local, independent band or an international superstar. They have always demonstrated a genuine care for obtaining quality results that the customer could walk away with and share proudly.
  
  In addition to their work, they have also been a long-time supporter of the music scene in ways too numerous to mention. They are not just out to make a buck. Morrisound is an esteemed and loved institution that has earned every bit of the respect, admiration and reputation for quality that they enjoy.
  
  I'm thrilled that they have adapted to the new paradigm in recording techniques and technologies of the current age. As a home recording enthusiast myself, I've said it many times to friends and colleagues that Jim and Tom have forgotten more about recording than I'll ever be able to learn. They are the zen masters of the art of recording and I can't wait to work with them across the next decade and beyond.

  I've been working with Tom and his crew for over 30 years. I think I've done 8 different albums with Morrisound and I will never use another studio. While they work with internationally known concert performers and recording artists, they will work with the "weekend warrior" to create a professional product at an affordable price. I can't recommend them highly enough.
