  I can't possibly explain how talented and knowledgeable Ben is in words. I can only say that I am extremely grateful for the progress I have seen in my issues in the short amount of time I have been seeing him. His skill of identifying and correcting muscles and tissues are unmatched. I cannot recommend him enough if you are seeking true corrective adjustments to your body.

  I've been a client of Benny's for over 4yrs now. Whether you have an athletic injury, car accident, or any of the normal everyday physical limitations that can creep in and cause an imbalance in the musculoskeletal system Benny will find it and get you on the path to healing. Benny has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy and it shows. He isn't the average massage therapist in anyway; he has scientific training and he understands the musculoskeletal system of your body so that he can get right to the root of what is causing your issue. He also shows you a few things you can work on in your daily life to help continue improving.What Benny does in my opinion is not massage; it is body work. He actually works to fix issues in your body, releasing tight muscles and removing interference so that the muscles can wake up and fire properly again bringing your total body health, movement and mobility back into balance. I used to have horrible sciatica nerve pain in my leg from sitting and driving all day; with help from Benny and implementing the proper, (simple 5 minute) exercise into my day everyday, that is now a thing of the past and I can gym, run climb, whatever I want to do. Thank you for all the hard work you have done to learn how to change lives the way you do, Benny. Benny is the perfect balance of professionalism and a wealth of life experience. He doesn’t judge you for how you got into the condition you’re in, he just gets busy encouraging you and getting you back on the road to feeling good again. Benny, thanks for your lifetime of work to be awesome and to share this give with people who need it!

  You won't understand unless you just go get the work done. Get 30mins if you are unsure. That is about all I could handle anyways.
  
  Benny worked on the chronic shortening of muscles relating to my shoulder and neck. I'm not sure of the specific muscles, but he was clear and concise and a great communicator with a great sense of humor.
  
  I have been doing stretches on my own since getting work done with Benny. It's only been a few hours and I can already feel the difference in tension and pain. The pain is not totally gone, but something like this will probably take more than one session, I'd imagine.
  
  Worth it.

  No pain, no gain!
  I'm 6' 7", played college sports, will be 60 in a month, and just built a house. The house nearly killed me as I did much of the work myself which meant ladders, lifting, one really brutal fall through a deck, and enough stress to power a small nation. I had ongoing pain in my thigh, had lost much of the strength and sensation in my left hand, and periodic lower back pain. After two sessions with Benny, the pain in my thigh is gone, I've regained strength in both hands, and my back is way better. The treatment is not for sissy's, but wow, what an amazing change in how I feel. I highly recommend him.
