I’ve been a member of MMFitness since 2013. Not only do I get the best results but I am surrounded by like minded goal oriented people. The energy is amazing. Micah is by far the best lead-by-example trainer I have met who will work side by side with anyone. It's always a pleasure working with MMFitness. Reaching and maintaining fitness goals are attainable through Micah and his staff. MMFitness provides a "no excuses" attitude to your life. You are your biggest obstacle when it comes to your body. The environment is welcoming and based on being a family, which some people in the community may not be used to, but ultimately appreciate. The MMFitness Family is one that is supportive and helps you to push through your obstacles. When on a journey to become your better self, you need that push and tough love to get you through. MMFitness is explosive, energetic and FUN! The way every workout should be. I attended a Saturday boot camp session and the workouts, energy and connection to the others working out with me were so amazing. I can’t wait to return for more workouts in the future. If you’re looking for a workout where you’re accepted no matter WHAT your size and shape, MMFitness is it! I’m so thankful that in a sea of choices to workout this place exists. Highly recommend!

MM Fitness will get you the results you are looking for. If you are looking to change your mindset towards meeting your physical goals this is the gym to be apart of. It’s like working out with your close family. The members will help motivate you maximize your workout. MM fitness is an amazing gym and Micah is an excellent trainer. He pushes you to achieve the goals you have for yourself. This is my very first time getting trained and Micah was very patient to train me. In my first two months i started seeing the difference in my physique and overall strength and health.
