Out of all my house buying experiences in the past, this was the most challenging due to buying a house site-unseen. We were in MD and moving to FL. We had roofer issues that delayed the insurance, which delayed the lender which delayed the closing, buy Julia was right there, helping us along the way,, keeping things organized for us, and keeping us off the ledge. Julia went above and beyond what I would've expected from a realtor, from doing zoom calls to show us listings 1000 miles away, to giving us a "cheat sheet" at closing that provided essential information, phone numbers and next steps to make our transition as easy as possible. I'm glad we had Julia on our side. I would definitely use her again, and highly recommend her to anyone.
