John did a great job repairing my range outlet that had caught on fire. He had to cut back drywall and put in a new box. He was very efficient and mindful of my tight schedule, which meant a lot! He was sure to clean up after himself, and even replaced my fluorescent lights in the kitchen that I couldn't quite reach. I will be back in touch to install recessed lighting in my kitchen!

Big Titan Electrical Service electricians clearly explained the process of adding three GFCI outlets and installed them with the existing wiring. James also saved me $150 by converting a light switch in the garage to an outlet for the sprinkler system instead of adding a new outlet. Knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and reasonably priced. After an excellent experience with Carlos at our old house, I recently had him install a new outlet at our new house. Highly recommended.

James was very knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. But most importantly he paid attention to detail and was an independent problem solver. I just moved into a new home and didn’t like the set up of my office space. He came in and assessed the situation and exemplified his ability to be resourceful and make the right decision to satisfy the customer. He has fantastic communication skills as he asked questions, listened, as well as gave options in regards to my requests. He was very cautious and had a detailed- oriented approach to this job as well as respecting the safety precautions for COVID-19.

Five star rating appears to be the norm for this company and well deserved! The electrician was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. Some additional work was needed during a visit and rather than fix the issue and charge me for the service, the electrician carefully explained my options to help me decide whether or not the service was needed. I would definitely recommend them to come out for any job and we will be using them in the future for any electrical work that needs to be done!
