  Good app, but phone support is not the best. Pre-canned generic answers from countries abroad. Great phone app even though activation process could have been better. Super convenient to pick up and drop off car at Tampa International Airport. I loved the Ford Ecosport Titanium, great AC keyless start and entry, proximity sensors with rear view camera and light indicators on side mirrors. Nice sound system, zippy, great handling, convenient hatchback (side opening door. Comfortable front seats. Can leave car running with AC for pet with key on pocket while shopping without worries of someone else driving off with it. Decently quiet ride for a compact car. Spacious enough in rear seat for my dog cage for my much loved dog. Nice zippy car with nice handling.

  when we got to the Tampa airport to pick up the car there was a really long line and only one person helping everyone. I believe her name was Tammy, she was amazing, she stayed calm and just got though everyone as fast as she could without making anyone feel rushed, her customer service skills are awesome and SHE is the reason that I would use Avis again!

  This experience was as good as it gets. A great rate (significantly lower than rate during peak rental periods) on a very nice car, quick service at the airport counter (less people at counter) and easy, quick return at the return area (fewer people returning rental cars). There has never been a better time to rent a nicer car than you own to safely take a family vacation.

  I appreciate the effort that was put forth to make me feel comfortable during this on going pandemic. The location I picked up my car from was under staffed do to obvious reasons. The short staff was able to work through a large load of people in a fast manner while observing the social distancing rules. Many in line seemed to under appreciate the effort and efficiency put forth while accepting higher risk. Your Tampa Airport staff was great and they should be told so. Thank you and I will be a regular costumer.
