RealManage - Tampa

Our community changed from our previous management company to RealManage about 3 years ago. I was on the board during the transition and for the remaining time I was a board member. I was impressed with the wealth of information they provide to board members.

Brook, our community manager exceeded my expectations in every manner. Her knowledge of anything hoa related was a great benefit to me and the community. One thing I have found with other CAMs is their inability to say I don't know the answer and instead they lead you in the wrong direction which can be costly to the community in both time and money. Brook was excellent in clearly identifying what she knows and guiding you in the right direction for questions she doesn't have answers to. This is a rare quality and saved our community tremendous time and most likely money.

I have experience with 4 different management company as a homeowner, none have been perfect but RealManange was better than the rest.

Catherine has been wonderful to work with. We had a major issue with trees from our commercial back neighbors encroaching on our property. With Hurricane Ivan, they came down on our back fence. she spearheaded an effort to have them hire landscapers to come and clean it all up. She was very diligent and followed up regularly until it was taken care of. Thank you, Catherine!

since Margie has been temporarily overseeing our community the communication from management to homeowner has been spot on. She returns call or emails within 2 days and if she says she will call back she definitely keeps that promise. Great job Margie!!

Its great working with Catherine Bennett. She has come into the community during a time of change when we've gotten rid of the old board that served only themselves and their friends, listened to no one and thought they knew it all. Now we have a board that partners with Catherine Bennett from Real Manage and are implementing best practices, rules and regulations on the board (how they operate) and giving our community back to the rest of us again. Long overdue, very thankful for Catherine Bennett, very thankful she speaks up and has the best interests of our community in mind.
