Greentek Roofing & Solar, LLC

We had severe wind damage to our roof. We had received a referral from a friend that had used Greentek Property Solutions for the replacement of their roof. So we called Greentek to get a quote for the repair/replacement of our roof/shingles and gutters. The representative (Will Cruz) came out to our house (in person) to provide us with a quote. We were very pleased that he came out in person. One company that we previously called gave us a quote over the phone by looking at our house online. We did not care to work with that company. Will was very thorough in his explanation of the process. He answered all of the questions we had on his initial visit. He came out a second time to our house to provide us with answers for some additional questions that we had needed answering.. He explained the difference in the types of shingles, the nails and other materials and helped us with the selection process.
We signed on with Will and the Greentek team to use their services. They provided us with a schedule of dates for the dumpster drop off , the materials drop-off and our roof installation. They told us it would take 1 to 2 days to complete our roof and gutters. Their "A" team was proficient and finished in 1 and a 1/4 day. They cleaned up all debris and left our yard as clean as it was when they had arrived.
Every time we called their office with questions they were very politely and quickly responsive. The Production Supervisor was excellent and Denise , the Accounts receivable Administrator went above and beyond to help us. IN fact everyone who answered the phone was extremely polite.
We are extremely happy with our roof, the gutters and the overall project. This company is excellent. I would give them 10 Big gold stars if I could. We will refer them to friends and colleagues.

Overall great experience. They worked with us to get the insurance approval and communicated every step of the way. Several options for shingle colors. They completely replaced our roof in ONE DAY. We definitely thought it would take longer and were pleasantly surprised. Any issues we encountered were handled quickly and professionally. While we hope we won’t need another roof any time soon, we’d definitely go with Greentek again should the opportunity arise.

Greentek is an excellet company and one you can trust. Representative William is very profesional and honest about the program, he is very knowledgeable and was able to help us with the entire roof claim and installation. He was always available and easy to reach when we had a question or concern. I am very satisfied with the roof installation, its price and how clean and professional it all looks. Great work in general from all the team.
