It’s a great and clean facility with effective programming! After my first day there I was so sore! Anyone of any shape or size can come to this gym and there’s no body shaming as well. Everyone cheers each other to get that barbell back up. :) I highly recommend giving BPHAT fitness a try!! Matt really knows what he’s talking about!
Matt is an exceptional trainer and owner; training with him will not only give you an intense workout, but also a hugely supportive and fun community. Never have I seen a gym with power lifters and average joes performing the same workout side by side and both being appropriately challenged.
Matt has an intense passion for the fitness industry, and he is great for if you are trying to improve your form or increase the weights you lift. He cares so much about helping people improve. It's amazing. Thanks Matt!
I have been going to Bphat fitness for a little over a year. In that short amount of time my strength has increased significantly.
