  This is the BEST workout, and I love how the kids get to play with each other while we work out and don’t have to stay in the stroller! I have developed such great friendships with the other moms who work out, and my kids have formed bonds with other kiddos, too! It’s particularly great in the summertime when the kids are out of school to be able to bring them all with me. There are fun Moms Nights Out for the mamas, and fun activities each month for the kiddos too! The instructors are AMAZING. Amanda, Jess, Alicia — they keep you moving and give off such positive vibes! Can’t say enough good about iStroll Brandon! Oh, and Dads are also welcome! My husband sometimes takes our kids and he thinks it’s a great workout too!

  I love everything about iStroll… I can take my kid to play and interact with other kids and I get the chance to workout! The instructor and owner Amanda, is very knowledgeable and she will guide you and show you modifications if necessary, while pushing you to challenge yourself so you can get the best of it. It’s an amazing tribe where we all know each other, help each other and grow together!

  I love iStroll !! I started going about 9 months ago and it has seriously changed my life. The workouts are so good & my kids get to play (or workout with me) the whole time! It’s a win for everyone! The instructor, Amanda is so motivating and encouraging and the group of moms is awesome. We work hard but also have so much fun. I highly recommend iStroll to anyone!!

  iStroll Brandon is an amazing program that is perfect for parents who want to get an incredible workout while giving their children socialization time with other children. Amanda, the owner and lead trainer, is absolutely wonderful and has the knowledge to tailor the workouts to fit your needs. Whether you are newly postpartum, have older kids, just haven’t exercised in a while, or advanced and looking to try something new, Amanda has many options for a successful workout. Along with the great workouts, you become a part of a parent/mommy tribe that is incredibly supportive and nonjudgmental. iStroll Brandon has not only helped me get into the best shape, but has also helped keep me sane with two young kids.

  When I was first invited to attend an iStroll workout I was super skeptical. I was envisioning a bunch of moms on a walk-a-thon, pushing their babies in strollers, discussing their next juice cleanse. I could not have been more wrong! After the first workout I was dripping with sweat, covered in dirt, and I was in love! (Oh, and I was pregnant!) Amanda and Chelsae are amazing instructors and work hard to offer modifications to keep the workouts safe and effective. After a year and a half I'm still finding the workout to be fun and super challenging! My kids and I love iStroll!
