Sheila is an incredibly warm person and will make you feel at home and explain everything perfectly. I have had nothing but the best experiences and the salt therapy has helped my sinuses so much in just a short time. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Vitality Booth to anyone seeking salt and red light therapy. The booths are different sizes to accommodate individuals or small groups, and there are even booths with exercise equipment. The owner, Sheila, is extremely knowledgeable and such a nurturing and wonderful human being. She genuinely cares about you feeling better and makes sure you are comfortable for your visit. I have had multiple sessions in the booths, both with salt and red light, and with only salt. After every session I feel amazing! I am excited to have this first of its kind wellness facility in our area!

For the sake of a long explanation, I will make this quick. I am a retired service member with 20 years active duty. During my service, like many of my brothers and sisters that served, I endured several physical injuries. Some of these injuries were acute and some chronic. I have been seen by several doctors and several specialists and most push me towards medication. Nope, no thank you! I was recently invited to the Vitality Booth Wellness Center for a session in one of their new booths. Unfortunately, skepticism sunk in again and I did not have high hopes prior to my experience. I was wrong. Very wrong. As you enter the facility the cleanliness is the first thing I noticed as I could not really see the booths yet. It was a very clean facility and extremely quiet. I thought it would be louder. I was greeted by Sheila at the front desk who quickly but thoroughly went over all of the benefits of salt therapy and red-light therapy. After that, I filled out some paperwork and I was led off to a medium booth, with a large chair. I am a big guy, this made me happy. I sat down and opened my mind up to this new futuristic looking machine that I sat in. Sheila explained everything that was going to happen, then gave me some water and glasses for the redlight. That was wonderful but I don't remember anything as I fell asleep in like 3 minutes. This was not my plan. Sheila quietly woke me. I asked what was wrong and she stated "time is up". I was like no way!! But it was. I did not feel the immediate benefits until I got home. My lower back and shoulders are my biggest problems along with some congestion in my chest (I used to smoke). I noticed first my breathing. I was getting rid of a lot of mucus but I do remember her saying that. Later I was breathing with little or no wheezing. When I went to bed, I will be honest, there was still soreness in my shoulder, I don't think that will ever go away. But, the burning and arthritis was minimal. That is what keeps me up most. My back was not stiff. It was not loose either, but it was not stiff and I will take that any day! Anyway, that's my experience at the Vitality Booth Wellness Center. The quickest 40 minutes of my life with some great benefits. I realize these benefits will not last forever but I am willing to give up my gym membership (that I never go to) to go to the Vitality Booth Wellness Center.
