Javier went above a beyond getting me the information that I needed before ever arriving at the shop. His communication is exceptional and his ability to find the right answer and get back to me in a timely manner built trust. My concerns were addressed and I was treated like family. Danny who worked on my vehicle did great and even fixed some side issues for no charge, that I just did not have the right tools to fix on my own. Jose as always is the most professional and friendly person I have encountered at a car repair shop. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge or as a woman. Everyone who walked through the door while I was in the waiting area spoke to me with a smile and/or a fist bump. I will always be willing to make the trip to Valrico from Apollo beach for all my car needs. My vehicle ride great, it sounds better and smells better thanks to them fixing the initial issue plus replacing filters and removing defective parts. The service was performed due to a recent theft of my catalytic converter and damage to the Air Fuel Ratio O2 Oxygen Sensors both (Upstream and Downstream replaced as a kit) and my muffler as well. The re-connection work was done neat and clean and no problems have arisen from this repair to date. Personnel I dealt with here at Ace were capable, pleasant & kept their word as to when my Honda Element would be ready. Ace total car care really made a difference in my experience with auto service. Their team is polite and uses very effective communication technology that ease and enhance your experience as a customer. I was even offered cheaper options and my vehicle was done being worked on quicker than I expected! Every other auto shop I have been to is the exact opposite experience. It’s nice to have a quality and reasonable shop in town run by the sweetest family!

Ace is definitely the best car repair shop in the area! I’ve taken my car here for oil change and felt like they are genuine, nice and very professional staff. They did a thorough inspection on the car and were very detailed in explaining what could use repair. Their prices are also a great deal for the service provided. Feels great having somewhere local and trustworthy to take our car!
