I had my truck towed there to get the transmission repaired. he said it would take a week . after he got the money(he said he needed it up front) , then it took 2 months then 2 months later and 348mi. it quit now he says no warranty because his shop closed.

I unfortunately was having transmission issues in my ford explorer which was becoming nerve wracking with majority of the quotes that i was receiving from different shops in the area to have it replaced. But Raphael gave me a great price, the work was outstanding and showed true professionalism. I would highly recommend this shop to my family and friends

I love this shop! I'm a student with a beat up car and have gone to this shop for work to keep my car running, till I graduate. The owner always makes sure I am taken care of the best way possible and gives me his best advice as to what I should get done for the least amount of money. It's never fun having to spend money on repairs, but at least I feel confident that I will not be taken advantage of. I can always trust his expertise!

I recently came to Raphael at Clermont Transmission and Auto because my transmission in my truck went bad. I had brought it to Griffis automotive, also located in Clermont. They told me it was going to be 6,000$ for a transmission. At which point I felt very hopeless. I started looking around and came across Clermont transmission. My father was a mechanic and I am very aware and familiar with how mechanics work. Raphael only charged me 2900 for a rebuilt transmission, a replaced CV Axle, a Transmission sensor, a new torque converter, battery install, and he even fixed my under skirting on the truck. It's extremely hard to find an honest mechanic like this, and one who actually cares about his customers. he will go above and beyond for you and he does awesome work. I will not bring my vehicle to any other Mechanic besides Raphael at Clermont transmission and Auto again.

This is a great shop and I plan on coming back to get maintenance done when it is needed. During my first experience I thought it was a serious clutch issue. The initial price I was charged was just over $900 and I was told the job would take about a day to a day in a half. I was called maybe about 2-3 hours later and was told "I only had to pay about just under $200 because what we thought was the initial issue wasn't the problem at all." Rafael was honest enough to only charge me for the little bit of work that actually needed to be done, they also adjusted my handbrake at NO EXTRA COST. Great experience, it's good to know there is still such a think as an honest mechanic.
