She’s attentive to her students by making appropriate adjustments before or during the class. My favorite classes are Gentle Yoga-I’m able to safely stretch and walk away feeling so refreshed and relaxed.

Tracey is the owner & main instructor. She is very thorough with beginners but challenging as your experience grows. If you are looking for a true yoga experience -body & soul, this is it.

Peace begins from the moment you stroll up the path and notice the butterflies flitting about the garden. Calmness grows as you enter this beautiful and tastefully decorated studio, put your belongings in a cubby, and borrow some props to enhance your experience. Stretch out on your mat and prepare yourself for a yoga practice with talented instructors who offer modifications to personalize your experience. You are encouraged to meet your edge but avoid pain. Final relaxation is like the perfect dessert at the end of a delicious meal. Linger to visit the little boutique, have a cup of tea, or relax in the garden. I highly encourage anyone interested in yoga to give Eustis Yoga a try.
