After exhaustive research and price shopping (I don't always look for the lowest price) I decided to take my Honda Crosstour to Complete Discount Auto Repair for a new timing belt. The dealer wanted to charge me over $1200 and 3 other shops were over $800. Complete Discount Auto Repair came in with a price far below anyone else for the job.
I know that ASE certified means a lot. It means that they know what they're doing and my car is proof. The work was completed on time and I am totally happy with the job that was done. They warrantee the parts for life and the labor for 24 months.
Serg is an excellent mechanic and I found him to be a no nonsense personable kind of person. Richard is very accommodating and gave me a price that was delivered.
I always read reviews and have become somewhat skilled at sorting through the emotional ego driven and unreasonable ones. There are some of those emotional reviews here that are subject to the 2 sides to every story rule. I met people in the waiting room who expressed how good this shop was for them.
Bottom line is this, if you need car repairs and you want quality at a reasonable price, with a guarantee, give these guys a try, I will be going back in the future
First time getting work done and I must say that this auto shop is a keeper!! Reasonable and does a phenomenal job!
