(May 4, 2017, 10:12 am)I was not seeing text messages from my daughter, sent by me or from her and after spending 2.5 hours on the line with AT&T turning on the phone, turning off the phone, checking settings and and and...the phone ended up no longer turning back on. Totally frustrated, I stopped in at SCI and asked if they could help. Shawn was at lunch and when I returned, the phone had come back to life but the text message problem was still there. Shawn made certain that all of my data, pictures and contacts, were backed up and had my daughter double check the settings on her phone before he reset the phone to original settings. While he could not tell me why or how the problem happened, hie fixed it!! I am thrilled that he stayed on it well past closing time to fix my phone and did not charge me a king's ransom for the service!! He is my go to guy from now on!
