(July 30, 2019, 8:36 pm)Had a pre-exam by Carla and then an exam by Dr. Gutti. Was very pleased with their concern, their patience in explaining my situation and the plan to deal with it. Considering they fit my emergency into their schedule, I have little complaint, other than they told me to wait 1/2 hr. more for another pressure check, and was forgotten till an hr. later, when I caught Carla. She apologized and took care of me right away. I have been with Lake Eye for almost 20 years with no complaints.
