  Everyone involved with our purchase of my 2019 Toyota Highlander Platinum were professional, courteous and willing to "go the extra mile" to keep the customer happy and satisfied. Raphael, the Sales Manager, obtained exactly what vehicle I was looking for and at very favorable terms.He definitely worked to get the deal I wanted. He is an excellent sales person and manager. Toni, who completed the sale, was professional, courteous and "bent over backward "to make us happy. We hope Toni had a great time at the beach after work.
  This was an excellent experience and we would not hesitate to purchase another car and have our cars serviced at Phillips Toyota per the our car's maintenance schedules. Thank you both and Phillips for the wonderful experience, we will see you again at future purchases.

  We purchased a 2019 Corolla at Phillips Toyota with the help of their salesman Billy Mason. Billy made the transaction so pleasant and seamless. Billy was helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate with my husband’s needs since Parkinson’s makes it so difficult for him to get into a vehicle. Billy is a great asset to Phillip’s Toyota. We can’t express enough what a great experience we had with Billy. Thank you for having such a caring employee. Al was also great on our initial phone call as was Michael in your finance department.   We just purchased our first Toyota Highlander from Burt three days ago. I retired after working as office manager/controller for 25 years in car dealerships and have a clear idea of what a new car sales representative is and I must say Burt deserves an A+. He explained the operation of the vehicle very clearly and it was obvious he is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his job. We do love the color of the car and are impressed with the ride along with the other features of this vehicle. The F & I manger is also to be commended on his knowledge and professionalism. Needless to say, Phillips Toyota is now our dealership of choice.

  It was a great experience!!! Wonderful place to buy a car. Actually it was our second from Phillips Toyota.
  We where treated like family. Like any negotiations for a new vehicle there can be high and low times during the talks, finances, deals, etc. However I must say the the Manager, Tony , was our deciding factor in buying the car.
  Sean was an excellent salesman .
  Tony sincerely treated us not only with the up most professionalism but most importantly with respect. He made us feel at home, absolutely no pressure to purchase and consistently helped us reach our goal. Honesty and Integrity is what Phillips Toyota is truly about.

  Ryan King made us feel welcomed the moment we entered the show room.
  He greeted us with a warm smile, hand shank and listened to our concerns, expectations, and the reason for our visit to Phillips Toyota.
  He was very helpful in assisting us making our decision on purchasing our new vehicle. He explained all the features of the RAV4 and was very knowledgeable on any questions we asked. He gave us his full attention and made the sale transaction a very pleasant experience.
  I would highly recommend Phillips Toyota and Ryan King to our friends and family.
  Mike (finance manager) was extremely helpful in closing our deal and once again explained everything in detail.
  After all was completed Ryan took us out to our new vehicle and explained all the new technology in our new vehicle.
  Phillips Toyota is very fortunate to have Ryan and Mike on there team.
