  Great hiking and riding trails. Be aware of nature. It was great and safe way to experience wet land.

  Escape to old Florida and forget Disney. Florida Nature at it's very best. You'll see Gators, migratory birds, and the sound of bikes on an adventure..

  Though we didn’t get a chance to roam the trails, we were able to walk to the first observation tower, just off the main parking lot. The view was fantastic, green, and far-reaching! The height of the tower put us just above the tops of the trees! Walking down the stairs of the tower led right onto the main trail. The facilities were well-managed and appeared very clean. The parking lot and entrance was immaculate! I can only imagine the rest of the park was immaculate too!

  Beautiful place for a walk or a bike ride, on gravelly nature trails thick with wildflowers, butterflies and birds. The hilly views are outside the norm for central and south Florida so you really feel that you're in a different environment. There's a covered picnic pavilion, benches and a nice restroom if you need a break. Dog friendly for leashed pets.
