I love this place. It's clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful, up-to-date imaging equipment, no long waits. They resent my CT scan results after my Doctor's office misplaced the fax, no questions asked. Physicians imaging was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad it was. I'll definitely be using this place instead of others.
Very pleasant and professional
I needed an MRI of my neck- Physician's Imaging was approved by my insurance company. They called to schedule and had an appointment open in 2 days- the time was perfect for me.
I was a little sceptical based on some reviews but everything turned out well. I arrived on time, I was greeted immediately by a nice reception staff, paperwork was minimal and I was taken to the imaging area within 10 minutes.
The tech was efficient and professional. The machine was clean, as was the room. The procedure went smoothly and I was done in about 25 minutes.
There were a few things that kept me from giving this place a fifth star- the dressing rooms were tiny cubicles with curtains that didn't quite close all the way. A little more talk during the MRI to keep me posted on progress would've been helpful also.
I haven't gotten the cd or report yet so I can't speak to the quality of those things.
All things considered, the experience was very good.
