(September 27, 2018, 8:32 pm)Amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Azizi and all of his staff provided nothing but excellent customer service. They were extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining things for a layman to understand. Moreover, I can confirm 100% that the 24/7 phone number Dr. Azizi provides his patients for emergencies is his personal cell phone number. I had to dial the number myself for not following the Doctors instructions for post surgery maintenance of my mouth. Lastly, Dr. Azizi’s Lake Mary office was immaculate! If I could rate with more stars I would.

(February 22, 2018, 2:48 pm)Good service. Dr. Azizi did a very good on removing my wisdom teeth and one of my molars. No complications at all. He is very caring as he calls his patients shortly after the surgery to see how they are doing. He is not pushy, he doesn't try to persuade his clients to do a procedure they don't want to do, instead, he lays out the pros and the cons and proceeds with what the client chooses. The staff is also excellent and professional. Thank you much for your service.
