(January 18, 2018, 10:00 am)They serve Lake County. They provide home care services to people living throughout the Triangle area, and not just to the people who live at Waterman Village. I like the fact that they are locally owned, locally operated, and are a not-for-profit agency. Driven by mission / ministry, and not profit. Employees are background tested and drug tested. Very competent and professional staff. Home care workers are thoroughly background tested and checked to the best of their abilities.

When filing a complaint with them, their only solution was not to have My Mother as a client. Their employees were late on arrival for every scheduled care. After speaking with the Director, I believe any issues I may have had have been corrected. Mistakes, accidents happen..How you handle the aftermath can make or break you. Waterman Village Home Health Care Has met my expectations of quality care.
