(December 21, 2021, 11:33 am)I first "met" Dr. Jason Smith when he assisted in my emergency abdominal surgery on November 23, 2021 at AdventHealth Hospital in Tavares. I remember being wheeled into the operating room area and waiting on the surgeons and other assisting medical personnel to arrive. I believe he was the first there. After my surgery, Dr. Smith had come to check on me in my hospital room. I was quite impressed with this fine young surgeon's bedside manner. Plus he exhibits good rapport with patients and other medical personnel. I would say that Dr. Jason Smith is quite an asset to AdventHealth and I am certainly glad he was there assisting. Thank you Dr. Smith! I have a renewed appreciation for LIFE!
