I took my parents here today to get PVc shadow box fence for their home. Ethan..the sales guy began helping us, reluctantly with sort of an attitude like he did not want to help us. He quoted us a high price condescendingly in hopes we would walk out the door but gladly Marlon asked me if we were being helped or had questions which at this point I asked if there was anything that could be about the price, he worked it out where it was more affordable and we were very grateful. Marlon customer service was absolutely amazing, he displayed professionalism with a great deal of understanding. The experience today could of ended very negative, with us walking out with no sale, but thankfully Marlon intervene. Ethan ......however needs to act more humble with less superiority.
I have to add that I took my relative back to get her fence here and Evan took really good care of us and he was also amazing. Evan was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional in helping us. Will def return.
