I would recommend this place to anybody that wants professional work which is hard to come by today. They deliver what they say they will, they have never let me down yet in 6 years

I have been dealing with Sunset Realty and Property Management for over ten years.
It is run by a highly professional woman. If there is anyone that is more fair and morally
conscious , I would have to meet him/her
to believe it! The job of the property manager
Is to carry out the wishes of the owner of the house that is being rented. Any complaint about the property manager 's handling of a situation should be directed to the owner, should it not?
If the house was not maintained as the renter thought it should have been, it is the owner's fault . If the house was damaged by the renters, monies removed from any deposit would be at the direction of the owner. At least, that's the way it works in the northern states!
Maybe the renter is bearing a grudge because
he has something to feel guilty about ?
It is wrong to sully a good persons name because things didn't turn out the way he wanted. You have to look at ALL the facts.
