I have never been to a more caring office. I have been in pain for months and they got me in, made me confortable and told me everything they were doing. Went over my treatment plan and made sure I understood thoroughly. I'm no longer worried about my dental health because I know I will be well taken care of. 😁

I was in dire need of a dentist, I needed a root canal & we all know the dentist isn’t ever a cheap visit with or without insurance. Not only did they find an affordable way for me to pay for my visit but they got me scheduled quicker than expected. I’m always restrained from seeing the dentist because my history in a dentist office has never been good for me. I find myself going back in the very near future to finish the rest of my dental work that I need done. Thank you to the awesome staff at Bradenton Family Dentistry.

I am extremely impressed with the office staff and especially the new office manager. She took my original call and spoke with me for a long time because of how upset I was with all the bad news. I need a lot of dental work done and have been to several different dentists to get opinions. This was the only dentist that said she could save my tooth which was close to the smile, everywhere else I went the dentists said the tooth needed to be extracted. Long story short this is just one of many issues I have right now with my teeth. I went in yesterday and they were able to work something out with me so I could get that tooth taken care of at the same time and it has been taken care of. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the cost. It was worth it yesterday for sure but with all the work I need done I cant possibly afford them since I am a single mother, I'm in school trying to better myself and my children on top of not receiving child support. I had to max out care credit and don't have the funds, there's no other payment plan or option with the office. I know it's my problem not being able to afford it. I felt like I was truly cared about and they did everything they could to make me comfortable with the work I had done. The dentist was incredible, Dr.Ackley is truly efficient, smart, and to the point. I hate putting this off but if I don't get my teeth taken care of now it's only going to get worse. All the staff members were awesome as well, everyone had a great attitude and cared!
