Swan Lake Village

Awesome trailer park! Very well kept, everyone seemed fairly nice. Many of the homes sit along the water and offer awesome views if you don't happen to live on the water, it's ok because your only minutes from the beach! I'd definitely rank it in the top 5 of the 55+mobile home communitys

Clean well taken care of very peaceful

After speaking with the community manager about the property, she provided me and my wife with an appointment time and day. The biggest thing that I felt could have been improved from my experience there was timeliness. The manager was not in the office we arrived, but again, I'm very strict about time and schedules so maybe it was just me. Just a few minutes and the manager introduced herself. After taking me out around the community, it was very clean and pleasant. We met a few of the residents. I think we might consider building a house, which could take 1 year according to the manager. Maybe it's not the right time, but I will consider them!

This has been my neighborhood for over two years ago and I love everything about it!! It's very well maintained and my neighbors are the best,we look out for and care about each other, we enjoy many fun parties, dinners, dances with great music and fun outings to fun community events,like plays and concerts. And best of all, it's only 15 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further than our beautiful, close to everything neighborhood!
