Wow! What can I say beside The Motorcoach Store and all those that work there are unequivocally first class people. From start to finish we have been extremely satisfied. Our journey to our New to us Newell is one for the books. But to make a long story short TMS did it all. From the 24 hour fly in to view coaches, the overnight tryout stay, to the walkthrough and then the delivery day has been first class. What a great experience. I wish I would have known about The Motorcoach Store a year ago, it would have saved me a ton of frustration with other RV dealers and a bunch of money. We learned about TMC from Andrew Steele's YouTube channel. We reached out on Christmas Day after seeing a video for the coach we've been looking for and wanted it. Brad returned our email promptly and the deal was done. When we arrived in Bradenton, we were greeted by Jo Jo, did the walk thru almost immediately, got our items transferred from our previous coach to the new one. Experience is amazing with this entire organization. Everyone is responsive which is refreshing for the RV industry. Save yourself headaches, stay away from huge RV dealers and reach out to TMC.
