Artesia Lakewood Ranch

Artesia is the best 'apartment' living experience. We love having our own 'home' without connecting walls and the fenced in backyard for our pup. It's clean, quiet and really comfortable here. We just love it!

Amazing experience so far! My husband and I love the apartment space, the Lakewood Ranch area, and the community. You truly get your own slice of paradise here at Artesia! Management is wonderful along with great amenities and very pet friendly. The grounds are always clean and taken care of, as well as the apartments themselves being fantastic. Glad to call Artesia our home :)

The community is fantastic and is a positive change to 'apartment' living. The staff are all extremely nice and prompt when dealing with issues or questions. The facility is kept clean and tenants are friendly. I was worried about enjoying apartment life having come from owning a home, but I am pleasantly surprised!

Great place! The lights and fans are weird and wake us up sometimes coming on in the middle of the night. Has happened almost every other day. Emily and Antwan can answer all your questions and will help you in any way possible! All of our neighbors are friendly and we love that there are a lot of dogs walking around.

First and foremost, the staff is incredible. They are tentative to your every need and spare no effort to make Artesia feel like home. They have everything you can ask for as far as amenities. The units themselves are bungalo styles, so no awkward noises coming from sharing a wall with your neighbors. I guarantee you'll love it here.
