I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Jason a coupleofweeksago! He was professional and courteous. He also answered all of my questions and concerns. He deserves 5 stars.

Place was packed but I had an appointment I made online and only waited about five minutes before getting called, it was easy and people were very friendly.

As a new resident of the State of Florida, I was dreading going to get my last name changed (for drivers license). I had been trying to do this for several years in the state I lived in, I eventually gave up after mailing the packet with all my documents in it and it being returned for more information. Thank you so much to this social security office for making it very simple for me to finally complete 🙌 my name change!! I was in and out in no time! The office was very clean and very organized 👌

I am from Canada and need to apply for my social security number. I got there at 5 minutes to 9 and was back out the door by 915. The gentleman who was helping me could not have been any kinder and the whole process was process was so much easier than I had anticipated. He painted. He said my social security number will arrive in the next week!
