The whole staff from the office personnel to the technicians were very friendly and professional. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs pool service or repairs or replacements done to there pump equipment.

Our pool is maintained perfectly year round and any repairs we have needed have been done timely and with minimal disruption. It is clear that customer service is number 1 with them! Highly recommended!

(November 20, 2016, 7:34 pm)We live in Village Green. Our association recently had our pool completely redone. We hired a maintenance company that did a terrible job. Our newly refinished pool turned black, green and orange with algae. We could no longer use it
We turned to Pool America. They came out and saw our problems and said they could start the next week. We were amazed when they showed up the next day because they realized how bad it was and wanted us to enjoy our pool. They diagnosed the problems and quickly had the pool in pristine condition and we were using it once again.
A couple of months have passed. The workers show up as they should and are keeping the pool in great condition. I use the the pool often and appreciate the work and friendliness of Ted and Sean who work hard to provide quality service. They are never to busy to answer our many questions about filters, vacuums, chemicals and other aspects of pool maintenance. We are very happy we found Pool America.
