I joined Fred Astaire Lakewood Ranch three years ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision! I went into the studio spontaneously thinking I would sign up for 5 salsa and 5 bachata lessons so I could look better in the clubs. However all my instructors were sooooooo funny and encouraging, not to mention absolutely AMAZING dancers, that I knew I needed these people in my life a little longer

The instructors are wonderful and very knowledgeable! I enjoy most the friendships that I have gained through the studio, both other dancers and instructors.
Five years ago, I never would have pictured my progress at where it is at now and how much I enjoy dancing.

My wife and I began taking lessons here a couple of months ago. We're interested in learning and/or improving some of the most popular Latin dance rhythms we both enjoy. The instruction is professional and top notch and the environment is super friendly and supportive. We've learned a lot in short period of time. The instruction program is well-structured, progressive and rewarding. Yes, it is expensive when you add the lessons, shoes, dance attire and optional events, but it's worth it when you're looking for an immersive dance experience. For the price of the lessons you attend your scheduled classes and you can also attend during the week free classes and events to help you practice your newly acquired skills. Dancing lessons can be a life-long skill you can enjoy and continue to develop or something to you take to meet a specific need (e.g. a wedding or a party). I suggest you assess your goals and interests, decide how much, time, effort and, money you want to invest in building up your dancing skills and share them with the talented instructors in the studio.
