Marina the owner is AMAZING!! She welcomed my sorority into her studio and gave us the greatest hot yoga class. Marina is so educated in her practices and made sure she explained every step of the way throughout class. A great physical workout and spiritual experience to get in touch with yourself. I can't wait to go back!

When I came to this yoga studio I had never done a hot yoga class before and I was super nervous and had no idea what to expect. But the second I walked in the staff at Thavma yoga was so welcoming and calmed all my worries immediately. The class itself was so amazing and magical. I pushed my body in ways I never felt before and I walked out of that studio feeling absolutely amazing and in the best headspace. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anybody!

I was very nervous going into my hot yoga class but it was one of the best experiences!! I’ve never sweat like that before in my life and it was so refreshing and reliving. A great way to get centered and release all the anxiety and tension. Would HIGHLY recommend Thavma Yoga.
