  First off I wanted to give a huge special thanks to Duncan! He went above and beyond in his customer service. From my 101 n00b questions about night vision. Without any hesitation he literally took the time to answer each and every single one. If it wasn’t for him I would probably still be on the fence on purchasing some nvgs. Thank you for making the process so effortlessly and smooth. The customer service over at Steele is top tier. The Labor Day sale they had was to good to pass up! Next day shipping was legit and had it before noon! They will forever have my business. Highly recommendable! I am saving up once again to get the wifey a pair cause she’s hooked on it too!   It is hard to know where to begin but worth it, my vision is a difficult choice for many reasons. Parting with the amount of money that is required to acquire a good night vision is no easy task you’re in the thousands of dollars. Making it more difficult are the specifications of night vision that are hard to grasp and wrap your mind around in practical application if you have no prior experience with night vision and/or you didn’t know the specs of the tube that you were looking through when you did have experience with night vision. Night vision is a very buyer beware product. Steel industries made the entire experience that much more comfortable and made it far easier to make a decision the consumer can be confident in. Your ability to select a specific tube with specs and photos of each tube is a big deal, it’s a big assistance to the consumer. It is a high level of transparency in a night vision company and it is appreciated. Going the extra mile however was Cooper at their live chat. At 10 PM on a Saturday night during the Labor Day sale I wasn’t certain that one live chat said there was somebody standing by to discuss night vision with me that they actually would be and/or that they actually know anything about night vision. But I gave it a shot. Enter Cooper. 10 PM on Saturday night during the Labor Day sale Cooper sat and replied to every live chat message I sent including pictures of the specific tubes I was looking at talked me through each individual specifications of the tubes and helped me gain a good understanding of which of those specifications was truly more important than the other and what the numbers meant in practical application. I walked away from a very expensive purchase feeling comfortable and confident in my decision that I got a good product worth the money I spent. After 25 years in law-enforcement and after working in the industry I have never experienced a company that has gone to the links that Stihl industries has gone to in order to make me feel like I made a good purchase and at the company I made it from cared how I felt about that purchase

  I wanted to let you know that I was very happy with Steele's sales process.. I had a few questions about a set of DNTVS's that were posted in the "Ready to Ship" section of the website and Cooper answered them right away.. I was really impressed with the fact that he was able to answer my questions in a live chat at 10 PM at night. Service is very important to me and that experience gave me a great first impression.
  As far as the DTNVS's.. they're epic. I was on the fence about crossing over to WP from GP, but I'm glad that I did. The picture is crisp and clear and easy on the eyes. I also really like the independent articulating tubes.. they provide a lot of flexibility and options depending on lighting conditions and what you're trying to do/see. Thanks again.   I have bought 2 units from Steele Industries, first was an Elbit white Phos PVS14, worked great and super clear, then decided to get the DTNVS with L3 tubes. The quality is better than my work PVS31’s and highly recommend!! Customer service is absolutely top notch, Andrew was phenomenal through both purchases and he’s so good and trustworthy that I purchased both through him with zero regrets. Thanks for all the work and time!!

  From the beginning Steele Industries has been amazing. I met Andrew in Ohio for a demo months ago and being a night vision noob it was amazing to see the difference in tubes and housings in person. Fast forward to July I was ready to purchase but first I had a few more questions. Andrew was quick to reply and was extremely informative. He didn’t try to up sell and advised against things that I wouldn’t need all while pairing me with a set of dtnvs that I would be happy with. After being quoted a lead time and placing my order I was pleasantly surprised when I received my tube specs way ahead of schedule. I received my package next day and from my specs, packaging, presentation, I was blown away. I will be doing business with Steele again as my wife is hooked after using my set up. Thank you all for the hard work and amazing products!
