(September 28, 2023, 7:55 pm)First time I eat here. I love sushi so the bowls are almost the same but deconstructed, the pink sriracha aioli sauce for someone who doesn't like spicy is not as strong, the salmon was delicious and soft as butter. Every ingredient is fresh and perfect.
