Blue Heron Lakes

The dog parks (two of them) are great. Big enough for dogs to be dogs. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious for my fiancé and I. Our Dog loves it here she like to sit out in the patio.

We had a major water leak issue due to a defective sprinkler head. Jamie from maintenance came in on the weekend (Saturday) and handled the entire situation for our building, which took most of the day. Today, he came back with his boss and the replaced the ceiling fan that had been damaged. They were both professional and friendly. Maintenance here on property is OUTSTANDING!

We love everything about this community! The staff ( Troy) went above and beyond getting us the perfect place when my mom was moving in with us. He made everything very easy ( even though we had to do 3 applications) for us and our 78 year old mom. We have a beautiful 3 bedroom place with water and saltwater pool views. There is a car wash, dog agility park, walking grounds through the preserve, saltwater heated pool, jacuzzis, billiards, incredible parks and BBQ outside kitchens, pool cabanas, electric car charging stations, free bikes to rent, a workshop for projects and even a tanning salon! Troy made moving EASY during a PANDEMIC with an elderly parent. We love watching the Blue Herons , Egrets and ducks all come together around sunset. First rate!!Did I mention the gift baskets?????? Top of the line place and the neighbors are incredible too!! We're never leaving!!
