  We worked with Marilyn Sakelaris a few times over the past 11 years to find our perfect home. She is definitely the best realtor we have ever worked with. Her patience and kindness is immeasurable. Our 1st experience working with Marilyn was her showing us many beautiful homes in great neighborhoods. However we were gun shy due to our own previous home owning experiences not being that great. We decided to give up and rented a home for several years. We apologized to Marilyn for taking up so much of her time. Her response was perfect “I only do this to see people happy in their new home, if it’s not perfect don’t force it”. A few years later when we were ready to put down roots for sure, Marilyn was our first and only call. She worked just has hard and found us the perfect house. We love our home!!! We’ve been in it since 2011. Thank you Marilyn!

  I loved working with Marilyn. What she said she would do she did in a very timely manner. She was informative but not overbearing. She asked the right questions to get a better understanding of what I wanted in a home and didn't show me homes that were not what I desired. Her communication skills were above par. She was an active listener. Leslie Wells Realty was also quick to meet our needs - setting up appointments and other needs were also met. I would recommend and have recommend Leslie Wells Realty and of course Marilyn Sakelaris. We also love her magazine that receive monthly. Full of helpful information.

  We bought or place in Tarpon Springs in 2011 and moved here full time in 2014. We love our home, our community and living in Tarpon Springs. Marilyn Sakelaris of Leslie Wells Realty did an outstanding job finding us this gem. We worked with Marilyn off and on for several months looking at homes from Sarasota to Tarpon Springs.   Marilyn Sakelaris represented the owner of the house my brother purchased in January 2013. He loved that house and enjoyed living there immensely. When he passed away recently I contacted Marilyn again to enlist her help with selling the house, which represented the major part of my brother's estate going to his two daughters. As his Personal Representative it was very important to me to sell the house for the best price I could get, even if we had to take some extra time to do it. As things turned out, we got an excellent offer on the house within two weeks and the sale went though without any complications. Throughout the process Marilyn provided me with excellent guidance, helping me get the house ready for sale and then working though all of the administrative matters entailed in the sale. I was very pleased to be able to send my nieces some very nice checks and I am sure my brother would have been very proud of how much financial help he ended up providing them. I was very happy working with Marilyn from start to finish and I highly recommend her to all looking to sell or buy a home in the Parrish area. I found her expertise, patience and calm demeanor to be incredibly helpful and she was able to take a lot of stress out of the sale for me.
