Besides Evelyn having scary talons for nails, she was amazing! I expected this to take over an hour but realistically if the server wasn’t slow, it would have been a 15 minute process. I got an iPad and made adjustments on my bill. The sales lead was nice as well! A bit of a drive here but will be back for the great, fast, quality, and professional service! Thanks guy!

Jackie and Jess were both patient and tentative. They explained what was happening with my device and gave me my options for a new one that best fit my needs. I love that they were clear and direct. I greatly appreciated that they answered all my questions and also advised what accessories would be a good purchase with my new device without making me feel obligated to purchase them. (like many other store reps have done to me in the past) They were super kind and so were the other girls working in the store. Awesome experience overall and I will definitely go back to them in the future.
