Wonderful experience! Office staff, medical assistants and surgeon all very professional. Dr. Brian Bishop was amazing, explained procedure beforehand and answered all my questions. Very organized office, clean and spacious. The waiting time for procedure, lab results and discharge went quick and smooth but I did not feel like I was being rushed. Dr. Bishop called me later that day to see how I was feeling and told me not to hesitate to call him back if needed. Would highly recommend Arsenault!

Always great care. Everyone at Arsenault Dermatology is organized, polite, skilled and professional . Dr Arsenault is great. My husband and I have seen her for several years now and could not ask for better care. She is kind, thorough and always very professional. My children have seen her PA's and receive the same excellent level of care. I highly recommend this practice.

I waited 45 minutes today which is very unusual. The doctors here are usually on time. But they had a case that ran longer so I do understand. But Dr. Lara Mariano is the best! Regardless of running behind, she did a thorough exam and recommended a procedure. I said I can arrange another appointment because she had one disgruntled client waiting. But she said your time is very important too. I had the procedure done.
