I am very pleased of the service I’ve got. I went to the appointment 7:25 in the morning. In 5 min I was taken by Anna. She did all tests to be ready for the moment Dr. Robert Sambursky will continue last tests. In about an hour I was done with all verifications. Place is nice, sparkling all over. Everyone gave a perfect customer service. I am very pleased and for sure I will not change the place where I am going once a year to check on my eyes.

I like that the appointment times are very accurate. Mine was exactly on time. Staff is friendly and accurate.

Dr. Sambursky performed cataracts surgeries first on my right eye and then two weeks later on my left eye. Loosing vision over time and reaching the point of not being able to drive left me with no choice but to do surgery. Throughout the whole process Dr. Sambursky was reassuring and caring. He explained the procedure in detail and prepared me well for what to expect. Before the surgery he checked on me and I felt that I am in the hands of extremely skilled doctor and a compassionate human being that I trusted will take good care of me. I was delighted when after the short recovery I finally saw the world the way it is. When I saw him the day after procedure for checkup he shared my joy of restored vision. With Dr. Sambursky you will feel safe knowing that you are in the hands of a highly skilled and caring doctor.

Dr. Sambursky is the best. Some of his assistants and the office staff are as rude as can be, but he’s the one that matters. He’s kind and thorough yet quick. I will endure his staff’s attitude to see him without question. Whenever he retires, they probably will want to take a hard look at the other people who interact with clients though.
