  I’ve been here twice: once in 2000 and again in 2022, both times for MRIs. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. I didn’t need to send an order in advance (I was able to bring it with me) and they scheduled me very quickly.
  
  What stood out the most, though, was that the MRI tech remembered who I was. He was respectful of my knowledge and of the challenges that were requiring me to need an MRI.
  
  At the end, he said some things that were very kind given my circumstances. You can’t train employees to be compassionate like that.
  
  Choice Diagnostic Imaging feels like a place where they hire people who genuinely care. To me, that makes all the difference.

  I had a good experience n Sept., when I got my MRI. The receptionist here was awesome, very professional and kind. I was disappointed with the CT Tech, as I told her b4 & after the exam, that I wanted copies of my CTs & MRI from Sept. I was there 30 minutes early & was finished with the CT in 15 minutes. I was told it would take 10 minutes to burn the copies, but she came to me & said it would take longer. I waited 30 minutes for the copy of the cds. When I got home there was only 1 cd. I was disappointed & called back & got a receptionist who answers for both facilities, when phones are busy. She told me 2 hold & talked 2 the facility & tech said it would've taken another cd 4 MRI. I said I know that. She said it could b mailed. If I'd known that, I'd have had both mailed instead of waiting 30 mins. No apology was ever made by any1. :-(

  Noah the check in guy was awesome! So friendly and very attentive! He was calling to do reminders and this awful lady was giving him such a hard time and the whole time he was so nice to her but I could tell she just wouldn’t give up, it was her not checking into her insurance of how much she would have to pay. He stayed calm and friendly the whole time, people can be such jerks. Also the lady who did my mri I believe her name was sandy was awesome! Great experience! Thank you!

  Won't go anywhere else!!! Noah is amazing and Donald is the most chill tech ever. As a person that hates going into these MRI units, Donald's cool, calm, and confident demeanor settles down those anxious nerves and Noah never makes you feel like you're just a number. He'll take whatever time is needed to insure you fully understand everything.

  when I checked in the woman checking people in was Amazing. My appointment was at 9:45 The staff greeted me at my appointment time with a smile along with all the reasons I was there for, to validate who I was (for my protection) the X-ray Technician explained everything she was going to do, and what to expect. I was only 3 weeks from major surgery.
  I was finished in less than 20 minutes from check in to walking out. The whole Staff was professional the whole time, great experience.
