PUMPS Fitness

I have been working with Vikki Kopriva and Erin Horton for the past several months with the “neubie” to manage my ms symptoms. Vikki and Erin are not only professional and knowledgeable about my needs, but are especially dedicated to the well-being of their clients. I am incredibly fortunate to have them work with me in the concentration of my disabilities!

Vikki has been my fitness coach for almost 8 years. I love working out with her - she’s personable, attentive, and challenges me so that I get the most out of my work out. I couldn’t start my day without her!

Vikki is an incredible trainer who has drastically improved my overall health and physical appearance. At pumps they offer spin classes, red light therapy sauna, group training and one on one therapy classes. All of which have changed my life for the better. Thank you for all you and your staff do for me!!!

Pumps fitness is amazing and Vikki Kopriva is a wealth of knowledge for health and fitness information. Wonder at body recovery from muscle injury and preventative fitness regiments!!
